Nanny McPurr's cat sitting service is a great alternative to placing your cat in a cattery when you are away. As cats are territorial by nature, it is extremely stressful to take them out of their own environment. Where better for them to be than in the comfort of their own home; and who better to care for them than a qualified, highly experienced veterinary nurse with a specialism in feline nursing and behaviour, and can offer a tailored care package unique to your cat's individual personality.
Nanny McPurr can visit you home once or twice a day to feed and water your cat, clean their litter trays and spend time with them whilst you are away. Medicines can also be administered if necessary. In the case of an emergency we can contact your vet and get you cat seen to as soon as possible. In addition, your home will be more secure from our daily visits while you are away. We can water plants, collect post, take the bins out, open curtains and generally keep an eye on your property. What's more we will leave you a daily log of your cat's behaviour whilst in our care and even provide you with regular updates.
Our service begins with a free consultation. This ensures Nanny McPurr knows all there is to know about your cat to provide a tailored care package in your absence. Most consultations are carried out over the phone, although if your cat has any special requirements such as daily medications, then we can visit you and your cat in your home prior to the booking*. From there we can arrange access to your home and confirm the booking. Then all that's left for you to do, is to relax, and leave your cat's care to Nanny McPurr.
If you have more than one cat, that's not a problem. Nanny McPurr can also care for other animals in your home, such as small furries and rodents, reptiles, birds and fish.
